I get given lots of wigs that sometimes have never even been worn. Wearing wigs full time can be expensive as they dont last forever, especially the synthetic wigs....with this is mind I have set up a wig bank. when I get given a wig for the bank, first I assess its condition just to make sure it can actually be worn and look good. if it makes it into the bank it is washed, steamed and trimmed if needed.
